Returns/Refund Policy

  • Cooling-off Period: You have 14 days to notify the seller you are cancelling, starting the day after you receive the items and then 14 days to return the item.

  • Return Period: After notifying the seller, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods; the customer is responsible for paying postage.

  • Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund, including basic delivery costs. However, you will have to pay for the return postage.

  • Exceptions: You cannot return personalised items, perishable goods (e.g., food/flowers), unsealed media (CDs/DVDs), or hygienic items (e.g., underwear).

  • Faulty Goods

    • Within 30 Days: If an item is faulty, broken, or not as described, you have a legal right to a full refund

    • Up to 6 months: A repair or replacement will be issued, not a refund.
